The Pizza Oven Announces River Park Square as its First Location

River Park Square is getting a new food court vendor next week. The Pizza Oven is opening June 9th in the Atrium Cafes food court. It's owned by Coug alumni, Matt Rai, who also owned the Taco Del Mar in the same space since November 2008. He will share ownership with John Urquhart, another Spokane business man.

“The Pizza Oven’s gourmet offering is a great complement to the unique choices our food court already offers downtown,” said Bryn West, Center Manager at River Park Square. “We welcome the unique flavor the Pizza Oven brings to the Atrium Cafes.”
