One of the nation's largest bagel chains has opened its doors in Spokane.
Einsten Bros. opened a shop on the Gonzaga University campus. It's located in Cataldo Hall, directly across the courtyard from St. Aloysius Catholic Church.
The company started in the northeast and has grown into a massive bagel empire. The company now has 800 stores in 40 states. This is the first location in Eastern Washington.
“We are excited to expand the Einstein Bros. footprint with this location in partnership with Gonzaga University,” said Shultz Hartgrove, vice president of licensed channel for Einstein Noah Restaurant Group. “Our fresh baked bagels, brewed coffee, prepared sandwiches and specialty beverages provide the perfect breakfast, lunch or snack for students and faculty on the go and we hope the Gonzaga community comes down and tries out Einstein’s broad range of delicious menu items.”
Hours of operation for the new Gonzaga University location are Monday through Thursday 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM, Friday 7:30 AM – 2:00 AM, Saturday 10:30 AM – 2:00 AM, and Sunday 10:30 AM – 9:00 PM.
