Elton John announces Spokane tour stop

Get ready Tiny Dancer fans, Sir Elton is coming to town! Elton John will play the Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena on September 17th as part of his ten city All the Hits tour.

“We are beyond thrilled and honored to welcome Sir Elton John back to the Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena,” said Kevin Twohig, CEO of the Spokane Public Facilities District. “Sir Elton’s performances are some of the most memorable and electrifying in our building’s history, and we look forward to another unforgettable night in Spokane!”

Elton John is one of the top-selling solo artists of all time, and it’s likely that you’ve karaoked Bennie and the Jets or not-so-secretly belted out Don’t Let the Sun Go Down On Me while driving. Sir Elton holds the record for the biggest selling single of all time, “Candle in the Wind ‘97” which he re-recorded to honor the death of Princess Diana. His 2013 single Home Again was his 69th appearance on Billboard’s Adult Contemporary chart.

Tickets go on sale for the Spokane stop of the All the Hits tour on Monday, May 5th at 10 am. Tickets will be available at LiveNation.com, the Spokane Arena ticket office, all TicketsWest outlets, or by calling 1-800-325-SEAT(7328).
