Interplayers to host ethical discussion on privacy, communications | Arts & Culture
Interplayers Theatre will hold a community forum about communication in the 21st Century.
Leading up to Stephen Karam's “Speech and Debate” production, which is based on the Jim West scandal, the professional theatre will host a “free panel discussion on the intersections between teachers, students, ethics, and the not-quite-anonymous social media,” according to a news release from Interplayers. The discussion will be Tuesday, Feb. 26. The play will run from Feb. 28 through March 16.
A panel of clergy, educators, business people and Karam will lead the discussion. All community members are encouraged to attend.
Tickets to the production range from $15 to $28: Students are admitted for $15, seniors are in for $22, and adults pay $28.
