Mayor introduces new son to Spokane | Families
On Wednesday, Mayor David Condon and his wife Kristin welcomed their third child. Mayor Condon shared his joy at the birth of Beck Michael in a letter introducing the new addition to Spokane.
From Mayor David Condon:
Wednesday was one of the best days of my life. At about 6 pm that evening, Kristin and I welcomed our third child, Beck Michael Condon, into the world. I want to take this opportunity to introduce him to you, share a few pictures, and thank you for all the support and prayers you've given Kristin and me along the way.
Beck was born at eight pounds, nine ounces and is 21 inches long. He and Kristin are both healthy and we are overjoyed to have this new addition to our family. Although Beck is a new name to the Condon family, we chose his middle name, Michael, after his Papa Michael, Kristin's father, who is a rock in our family and who, with his wife Mollie, provides us with immeasurable support. Our son Creighton, four, and his daughter Hattie, three, are pretty excited too—I think they're looking forward to having a little brother to play with!
You thoughts and support over the past several months has been overwhelming. Spokane is our home, and you are all a part of our extended family. So from my family to yours, thank your fro welcoming Beck to Our Town!
